Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an intensive 8-week in-person course designed to empower participants through meditative awareness to take an active role in the management of their health and wellness. MBSR teaches the practice of mindfulness through meditation, yoga, and ultimately through awareness brought into our everyday lives.

It does so through a series of insightful, easy-to-follow learning videos, downloadable practice meditations and other supportive content designed to allow you to learn these transformative practices at your own speed and in your own time.
