Welcome to my eight week Mindfulness program.

Below is the introductory clip for the program. If you’ve already enrolled, please begin here and then move on into week one when you’re ready. The rest of the material will be automatically released to you in seven day intervals.

If you’ve not yet enrolled, please also feel free to watch the clip where you’ll find out more about the program and get to experience a short mindfulness practice with me as well.  Below that are some testimonials from previous participants of my 8-week mindfulness programs. I’ve intentionally kept this program low cost (currently only $95! UPDATE: During this challenging period of COVID-19 I’m reducing the cost further to $75) as it’s important to me that as many people as possible are able to access these life-transforming practices.
